What not to send us
We’re not a gambling operator, so we can’t help with an account, a deposit, a withdrawal or a bonus dispute on any specific platform — that has to go to the operator’s own support team, and from there to the regulator that licenses them if it isn’t resolved. We’re not a counselling service either; if you need support with a gambling problem, our player protection page lists real helplines, and they’re a faster route than emailing us.
